We started to reach Mumbai which we had been before but this time it was about exploring the places which we weren't able to last time. So, we enjoyed every bit of our journey till we reached the city of dreams.
We started from CSMT and headed to the first beach we had to visit. It was Juhu beach. A crowded beach in the heart of the city. One should definitely visit the beach and surrounding areas. It has a lot to offer including food, sunsets & sunrise
We walked on the beach to reach the place where all the food vendors and stall were placed. Very much rushy space. Everyone was enjoying the food and fun. We also relished some very famous juhu chaupati food items.
We had booked our stay with Sea Princess with beautiful sea facing room. Indeed it was a great choice, we also enjoyed the amazing view it offered, the interiors and the lovely assorted morning breakfast buffet.
We next day headed towards worshipping the goddess Jeevdani Mandir situated in Virar. It was situated on top of the hill and we chose the staircase to reach there. The darshan was beautiful, couldn't get much pictures as photography was prohibited.
Next day we had Elephanta caves on our list. So, we took an Auto to Gateway Of India from where we took a ferry for Elephanta caves. It was a joyful ride to the caves and enthralling experience to see the age old rock cut caves. I love historical pla
We started off to visit the local streets of Mumbai for some street shopping. We visited, Santacruz, Colaba market and Bandra. It was late night and the city still seemed awake. It was one of its kind of experience to watch the streets getting empty.
We had a great time in the city that never sleeps aamchi Mumbai. Now it was time to say it goodbye untill we meet next. We experienced a beautiful washed it colorful lights view of Mumbai while our way back.
