Starting from Mumbai central , train journey takes overall 17 hrs to reach the Jaipur. Once reaching there, head towards the hotel you booked rest for sometime and start your day. My stay was in a hostel.
The most photogenic monument in Jaipur. Known as Hawa mahal. Try reaching early in morning for best photos without any crowd. Also you can visit the cafe opposite to it to enjoy the different view.
The next stop was Jantar Mantar. It is a collection of 19 astronomical instruments built by Rajputs. Ticket is Rs 50 per person and the visiting time is 9 am to 5 pm. Since it was our last stop of day 1, I headed for dinner later on.
Day 2 : After having Rajasthani pyaz ki kachori and some more authentic dishes for breakfast hawa Mahal was the first attraction of the day.
Jaipur have many attractions to be seen which are nearby and can be accessed easily by hiring a 2 wheeler.

Apart from this places such as Nahargrah Fort, Albert Hall museum, amber palace,Thikana mandir can be visited on the same day. Head towards udaipur afterwards.
