Kalsubai Night trek
Get ready for a trek that takes you to watch the sunrise from highest point in Maharashtra 😍 The trekking route towards Maharashtra's Highest Peak is a surreal experience.
Day 1
Our journey started from evening 07:00 PM where we boarded the train towards Kasara station from CST Mumbai.
Day 2
Bari is the base village to the Kalsubai trek. It takes around 1.5-2 hours to reach the village from the Kasara station. We reached the base village by 01:00 AM and started our trek upwards around 02:00 AM.
Mountain
Kalsubai mountain range is an offshoot range from the main Sahyadri range. Surrounded by lush green forests and fields, the 3 hour night trek upwards gives you a different surreal adventurous experience. We reached the summit at 05:00 AM.
