This ghat is around 60 kms away from the city of pune. This ghat know for through out green lash mountain and waterfalls during the rainy season. During rains the road is covered with all fog too. There are main 2 3 waterfalls during this ghat.

We travelled to Tamhini Ghat from our house via Wakad --> Hinjewadi --> Palse route. Whole travel was full of natural beauty. Amazing waterfalls, lush green surroundings and beautiful weather.

Foggy condition at Tamhini Ghat During the monsoon season, the place transforms into a green velvety carpet with numerous waterfalls all along the way. One can spend an entire day here by trekking.
