A day at Tanah Lot
Tanah Lot temple is famous for its sunsets and is located on the outskirts of Bali. You can easily spend a day there enjoying the view and watching the sunsets and nearby places.
Sight Seeing
We started off from our Resort in Kuta to reach Tanah Lot temple to spend the entire day and watch the sunset there. It took us a few hours to reach the place. We enjoyed watching the unfiltered paddy fields and old Balinese architectural monuments.

We reached the site and had to walk to the street area to reach the sunset point. The street consists of food vendors selling sweet corn, and other eatables. There were also ladies selling bali souvenirs and floral clips.

After the street came the huge and famous Balinese door to enter. Upon entering it we saw a beautiful temple with waves crashing over it and a lovely sky behind. It was surreal to witness this beauty in front of our eyes. We were speechless.

After roaming around a little and capturing the mesmerising view, it was time to see the actual temple area. Though visitors are not allowed inside any Balinese temple still we could see around from outside. The temple was beautiful and huge.

Now came the actual time to witness the lovely sunset behind. The clouds were already coloured in pretty colours. The wait was over and we were about to witness my favourite view of sunset. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it.
