Ubud is a beautiful traditional district in Bali. As, told by our guide it has traditional Balinese homes and set up. It was indeed a great experience to stay in Ubud for a day.
We travelled from Kuta, Bali to Ubud, Bali which was an hour away. We had planned to stay in Ubud for a day & half. If you are someone who loves raw nature Ubud is the best place to stay. Bali is quite big to explore so always plan ahead in parts.
We had planned ahead to visit places in Ubud. Our first destination was Cretya Pool club. It is a must visit place and quite cheaper when compared to prices in India. It has infinity pools facing the rice fields and jacuzzi too.
Cretya was a perfect photo spot as it had swings for photoshoot and also catered rice plantation & coffee plantation. You can easily enjoy many things at one place. The pool was clean and the view was heavenly. You can't miss out on Cretya anytime.
After Cretya we had Alas harum on our list. It had various swings which most of the girls were fond of for the beautiful pictures. What I could make out was they give dresses on rent too. I didn't get pictures clicked which was chargeable.
After having fun & adventures, it was time to move to the elephant cave temple. It was Purnima and we saw people dressed in traditional white attire. The temple has a history. It came out during excavations centuries ago. We saw, we clicked we enjoye
After the temple we rested in our resort. Next day we woke up to leave for Seminyak. Which looked like a great place to shop, eat & club. Potato head beach club in Seminiyak is our fav. So, the trip continued but finally we said goodbye to Ubud.
