Day 1

Took the Vistara flight to Port Blair which took a 50 mins halt at Kolkata Airport. Total time taken - 3 hrs

Beautiful guesthouse. Surrounded by lush green coconut trees and plenty of flowers. ICAR guest house which can availed by those working at senior level positions.

The prison was used by the British government for the purpose of exiling political prisoners to the remote archipelago. You should also attend the light and sound show! ❤️

Day 2

The next day we took Green Ocean private jetty to Havelock Island. It cost us around 1100 pp and took 1.5 hrs to reach

Our Accommodation while in Havelock was budget friendly as well at a great place.

Day 3

The name of this beach, Kalapathar is derived from the adjoining street called Black Road. It is a small and peaceful beach in Andaman which you can spend leisurely hours at your own pace. Enjoy sunrise here!

This trail leads one towards the Elephant Beach. Name is derived from the presence of Elephants seen on this trail at times. The beach was submerged under water. It is not advisable to tread further w/o guide

Perfect Eatery spot when headed from Elephant trail to Radhanagar Beach. Pasta and cold coffee! 😍

Radhanagar beach is one of the best beach in India as well as in Asia. It is very well maintained. The coastline is very big & it offers you a lot of privacy even in a public place. Forest track runs alongside beach coastline.

Day 4

There was storm hovering around. So we weren't able to visit Neel Island, had to stay another day in Havelock itself. Directly we, then were shipped to Port Blair when storm subsided a bit & the Sea got calm.

It is commonly known as just "Water Sports Complex" is one of the most easily accessible tourist attraction in Port Blair. This complex was built as a park for walking, relaxation & can be easily reached by stairs from Cellular Jail.

Day 5

Getting to Ross Island is not a difficult task, there are plenty of ferry ride from Marine Park, Port Blair. To cover the entire Island in a day, it is wise to take a ferry (7 - 3 PM). The best time to visit November to February

Thus concluded a spectacular trip to the far off south, Andaman Islands.
