This historical monastery has its own way to fill your soul with peace. The climb is very difficult to Shashur monastery, but trust me the story of the place is fascinating & the tranquility is worth the effort. ➡️ 5 kms from Keylong town

Deepak Taal is one of the beautiful lakes located on Manali-Leh Highway surrounded by majestic Himalayan mountains. I encountered this lake on my way to Baralacha pass and was completely mesmerised by the shades of water!! ➡️ Stunning Location!

The mesmerizing beauty of the Suraj Taal while travelling towards Baralacha pass is marvelous. The beauty of this lake is breathtaking. One must definitely spend some quality time while passing through this lake..❤️ ✅ Highly Recommended!

✅NOTE: The best time to visit and enjoy the ride through the Baralacha La Pass is from the months of April to October. As roads get closed due to heavy snowfall after that.

✅PERMITS REQUIRED: To visit the Baralacha La Pass, You need to show your identity proof and proof of your nationality. ▪️You can carry your passport, voter ID cards or Aadhar card and attested photocopies of the same.

➡️NOTE: There is no network reception at Baralacha La. BSNL has the largest coverage in Lahaul Valley, but even it stops working around Jispa. The only place where u will have a strong reception is at Keylong where BSNL, Airtel, and Jio will work.

➡️NOTE: ATM / Petrol Pump / Hospital ▪️The last petrol pump is in Tandi. ▪️Keylong is the last place where you will find an ATM and a Hospital. ✅ Please carry some basic medicines and a can of oxygen cylinder (available online) for emergency!!
