Central Ridge Forest

The New Delhi or Central Ridge was made into a Reserved Forest in 1914 and stretches from just south of Sadar Bazaar to Dhaula Kuan. It extends over 864 hectares, but some bits have been nibbled away.

Day 1

Impressive place. A good onr for nature enthusiasts and joggers. Best time is to come as early as possible and sweat it out. Adjoining this is Central Ridge forest which is not directly accessible from this park.

Monument

Visit this place with a group of people as it's located in a very secluded area with possibility of anti social elements. The view from roof of this mahal is soo good. Aravali belt of Delhi in the name of Central Ridge forest reserve spanning far of

The most haunted place in Delhi (no proof of that tho :P). It's situated just behind the Jhandewalan, Hanuman temple. No entry fee is there. But I found the gate of this to be locked.l :-/

This is last village before the Cantonment area of the Delhi Central Ridge begins. Nothing fancy to look in here. Just came here for having look at if there might be possibility of entering the Central Ridge
