Dharamshala in a day
This trip takes you through the touristy spots of Dharamshala which can be covered in a day.
Aeroplane
Dharamshala can be reached by air or road from Mumbai. We had booked a flight from Mumbai to Chandigarh and a cab from Chandigarh to Dharamshala.
Place
Started the day with a ride in the ropeway from Mcleodganj to Dharamshala.
Garden
Next we visited the huge tea estates of Dharamshala. Kangra tea is one of the most popular teas.
Monument
This memorial is built in the memory of Kargil war souldiers. It has a very well kept lawn/garden.
The world famous cricket stadium is at a walking distance from the memorial site.
This is one of the highest cricket stadiums in the world
