spent few days in Gujarat we went to girnar hills which is very famous religious places for jains next to porbandar and few more places

Day 1

Lalitpur

to

Junagadh

Train

Took a train from Lalitpur to junagadh its a long journey it takes about a day to reach there

Day 2

Bhavnath

Auto Rickshaw

we reached junagadh somewhat at 5 pm and from there took an auto rickshaw for bhavnath which is starting point of girnar hills .

There was lot of rush during new year there are few restaurants which are good . We just had dinner and took a walk to our hotels because all are tired .

Day 3

Girnar hills

So here the journey start 5 am morning there were about 10000 steps . I get to see the best sunrise and different temples of different religion its us about 12 hours to go up and came down .

Hotel Stay

As we are jains so stayed in dharamshala which is more cheaper and quite comfortable but i don't suggest to have stay in dharamshala during rush times. Because it gets messy during these times.

Day 4

Bhavnath

to

Porbandar

Car

Next day we booked a 22 seater Van and went to probandar . There are different types of van or cars available you can book through dharamshala or hotel

Kirti mandir

Monument

Kirti Mandir is a small museum at the birthplace of Gandhi ji memorializing him and his wife . There is no entry fee. It also have a small museum inside which are filled with his memories.

Here the trip ends we went back to junagadh we took brunch at the dhaba between and took the train from junagadh to Lalitpur way back our home
