A weekend trip to the Pink City

Day 1

Train

We took an early morning shatabdi to Jaipur. It takes around 5hrs to reach.

Hotel Stay

We checked in at Holiday Inn, which was around 6kms from the station.

Monument

You can take in panoramic city views from the top, it's a prominent 18th-century, 7-story minaret.

The residents of the Royals, it has great architecture, museums a place which has a rich history about the culture. Consider going with a guide if you want to really get to know the place.

Another prominent fort in Jaipur, you can ride on a jeep or on an elephant in the morning to reach the top.

A fort famous for it's sunset, but it is really crowded, you don't get a place to stand on the ramp. You get to see the whole Jaipur from the top

Day 2

It's the most photographic place in Jaipur, the architecture attracts a lot of people.

Restaurant

The place is famous for its blue architecture. You can grab a drink and relax there for a while.

Train

We took an event train back to Delhi, again took us 5hrs to reach.
