Day 1

We went to Alibaug from Dadar at 5 am by a tempo traveller with Sahya Ventures group

We reached Alibaug beach within 2 hrs and had our morning coffee at a nearby stall

We had our breakfast and headed towards the Samadhi

Next, we headed towards Kolaba fort from Alibaug beach. We walked in the water towards the fort and it took us 20-25 mins to reach. It was a different experience altogether. There are horse rides and boats too as options if you want to skip the walk

We explored the fort

This fort was connected to Kolaba fort and it was just 5 min walk. We explored this beautiful fort and the view from here was just amazing

Next, we went to explore Khanderi fort on boat. We visited Vetoba temple and the surrounding area of the fort.

Monument

We saw Underi fort through boat itself. We couldn't go inside and explore this as it is not allowed

Bus

After exploring the beautiful forts of Alibaug, we had our lunch and later headed back home and on our way witnessed this beautiful sunset from our bus. It was a Sunday Funday indeed.
