Orchha
This trip to Orchha was unplanned and yet fun. I started believing in an unplanned trip after my experience with this one. Let's dig deeper into this trip.
Sight Seeing
We started off from Chhattarpur after picking up a family member from there. From Chhattarpur to Orchha it is a ride of 2 hrs on average. It is on a highway and very easy to reach. Also, it is just 15 kms from Jhansi. So, well connected.

We had booked our stay at The Orchha Resort by Riverside. You will find many resorts riverside and can easily book any of them. They all are good, you can find a deal via online booking. We booked a tent room for ourselves.

We had a very pleasant stay at the resort as they had a lovely garden area which was widespread. Also, a beautiful pool area facing the river. The staff was co-operative and the space was beautiful. You can definitely visit there for some peace.
Sight Seeing
From our resort the temple of Shri Ram Raja Sarkar was situated at 740 m. So, we worshipped there and did the morning and evening aarti easily during our stay. The arti happens to occur twice in the evening at 7:00 pm & 09:30 pm.

The next thing on our list was Orchha Fort . We visited there with zeal & enthusiasm. You can purchase a ticket of 50 rs and for videography & photography they charge 400 rs and for pre-wedding shoot 5000/-
Sight Seeing
We then moved ahead to see the Sandhya arti at the riverside of Betwa. It was indeed a beautiful sunset view. We all were happy and satisfied being in Orchha.
