Day 1

This weekend trip was organized by Ttrikon group. We took the Lashkar express from LTT at 4:25pm and reached Jhansi Junction next day at 11:10am.

Day 2

This was the only restaurant that we liked in this area. We had our breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same place

Hotel Stay

This stay was pre booked by Ttrikom team and it was decent and budget friendly

Monument

Raja mahal was built by the Bundela Rajputs. It is a beautiful fort complex with gardens, temple inside. The Sheesh Mahal and Jahangir Mahal are surrounded by the Raja Mahal.

This palace has both Rajput and Muslim architecture

This has turned into a hotel now. It was kind of luxury experience

We walked for 15-20 minutes from the Fort Complex and watched the sunset at Betwa river. We did boating and spent some time here enjoying the views

Next day, we left for Jhansi in the morning to see the Jhansi fort

Monument

Another amazing fort, ruled by the queen Rani Lakshmibai. We saw the memorial board and jumping spot from where she jumped on horseback from the fort

After visiting the Jhansi fort, we had to leave for the station as we had to catch our train to Mumbai. It was a short trip but we got to see some unusal places of India
