Day 2

We started the trek early morning so that we can cover the maximum ascend part before the sunrise. On our way to Padargad, we came across this Ganesh mandir.

As the Padargad lies in the Bhimashankar Wildlife sanctuary, the trek route passes through a dense jungle which is well marked with white arrows on rocks & trees. After this, comes the gradual ascend and main thrill of tue trek

We reached the area from where the difficult part of trek starts - The Chimney climb. The distance between 2 rocks is 2 feet. It can be done easily with the support of your back, legs and hand. If needed, one can use the ropes for safety.
