Madgaon is the nearest station to South Goa. Once you get down here hire a bike or scooty for your entire trip.
We headed towards Colva beach which is around 5 km from the station to feel the cool Breeze and had our first goan breakfast in the shacks at Colva beach.
Hostel
We had booked our stay at Whoopers, Palolem which is a money heist themed pretty accommodation you must consider. We enjoyed live music and relaxed at the play zone.
Beach
The most serene and peaceful place to chill with your friends and family. This was just 5 min walking distance from our stay and one can enjoy the delicious food in shacks with lovely music.
Trekking
The next day we left the hostel at 6 am for butterfly beach Trek. Blindly follow the Google maps for route, be careful in monsoon due to the poor condition of roads. It takes 30 min to reach the seaside.
Restaurant
This is only a single cafe near butterfly beach. We returned from the beach at 12 pm and enjoyed our brunch at this beautiful place.
Mountain
We reached Cabo De Rama cliff to witness astonishing views of the seashore. Best spot for sunset.
Hostel
We returned back to the hostel and enjoyed delicious cuisines at an in-house cafe called Bella Chao Cafe with live guitar sessions.
Beach
The next morning we went kayaking at Palolem beach, directly into the sea and it was fun.
Restaurant
Must try this place for goan curries and seafood. The owner was so good and the finger licking food, we spent our rest of the day interacting with him.

We packed our luggage and visited Agonda Beach for its beautiful sunset and left towards madgaon station.
