We boarded train from delhi which took almost 35hrs to reached to pondicherry.

This beach is famous for its sunrise view. It is the popular stretch of beachfront in the city of Puducherry, India, along the Bay of Bengal, Clean and largely well maintained. Swimming isn`t allowed but we enjoyed the waves lapping at the feet.

The Pichavaram forest not only offers waterscape and backwater cruises, but also another very rare sight] – the mangrove forest trees are permanently rooted in a few feet of water. There are more than 400 water routes available for boating.
