Day 1
Car
You can reach Saputara by a toy train starting from Billimora, Gujarat or by local bus services from nearby cities including Nashik. We went in our private car enjoying the smooth hilly roads & landscapes of the region.
Garden
It was the only halt in our journey to Saputara. Do visit if you are a nature enthusiasts or just want to spend some time amidst the greenery.
Waterfall
It is few minutes away from the botanical garden. There was hardly any water in the river due to early summer season. Best time to visit here is during monsoon when the water is in its full flow.
Mountain
You'll need to walk for approx. 20 mins on a steep climbing road to reach the top of the hill as vehicles are not allowed to go up. Dirt bikes can be hired to reach the top. You can enjoy rope way ride from the top to an adjoining hill.
Day 2
Mountain
Compared to the sunset point, the sunrise point is a much well maintained spot that gives you the view of the entire town of Saputara.
