Day 1

Car

Located between Pelling and Gangtok, Ravangla is one of the popular destinations in South Sikkim. It is a small town not meant to be touristy – a laid back spot nestled in the mountains, where you can slow down the pace of your life & sense nature.

Day 2

East Sikkim is mostly populated with Gangtok. Apart from the state capital, this district has passes and raw roads like Nathula Pass. You can also opt to visit East Sikkim first and then South Sikkim, just mind the distance and time.

Day 3

Gangtok, the capital town and a popular holiday destination of Sikkim has a bi-cable Jig-back passenger aerial ropeway. One can have a panoramic view of full Gangtok city. For more details, you can check my IG handle @thelostrover.

Other places to visit in Gangtok: Rumtek Monastery (Closed due to Covid. Check when you visit), Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake, Zuluk, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and much more. In peak winters, there are chances of road blocks. So plan accordingly.
