The best planned trip so far. The experiences and hardship faced contributed towards personal growth.

Day 1

Undertook an 18 hours ardous journey to the Kinnaur valley, land of apples.

Day 3

Monument

One of the oldest fort which houses over 20+ gods and goddesses. Spirts of whose wander as believed by locals.

The temple where Sangla Holi festival is celebrated and gods on pillons are made to dance alongside its boundary.

Inexpressible, the sort of beauty and calmness sitting beside this river brought to our mind. The best place to relax, observe and separate yourselves from all other woes.

Day 4

Bus

We were lucky that a local bus came that day and took us to the last village from Himachal's side. After which China begins

Monument

After finding a place to stay for the night. We witnessed fresh snowfall. While we headed towards this local school. There wasn't a single soul other than four of us walking down streets of Chitkul

There a was a half broken bridge which connected Chitkul to forest area. The snowfall had slowed down but the numbness of our hands and feet had increased. It was really hard to shoot pictures and videos. Somehow we managed to make most of it

Day 5

Car

It snowed the whole night and roads were completely blocked the next morning. Bus service wouldn't be plying anymore because of extreme weather conditions. Somehow we managed to get in touch with a local taxi which was going to Sangla. Rs 400 pp.

Bus

Finally we got a bus for Chandigarh from Sangla. The sun was up and weather at it's best after gloomy snowfall the whole night.

Day 6

Changed the bus from Chandigarh to Delhi. Travelled first time in PRST.
