Darjeeling Mail - This is one of the oldest running trains in this country & departs from Sealdah. It arrives in NJP during morning & so you need not worry about timing problems. It takes around 9 hrs 55 mins to reach NJP.
Day 1
Car
You are simply looking for a cab from NJP to Darjeeling, then no need to book in advance, you will get plenty of cabs waiting in the NJP station area itself.. Shared cabs will cost 200/300 INR per person. Private cabs will be 2000-3000 INR.
Market
A great place to just sit down with a cup of the most famous Darjeeling tea & enjoy the beauty of the hills. This place has a different vibe!! ▪️Don't forget to try out the most famous "Darjeeling Momos" here..❤️ MOST RECOMMENDED!!!
Day 2
Hotel Stay
Had a very pleasant stay. This is definitely the most beautiful property in Darjeeling. You can see a very nice view of the city & a fabulous view of Mt. Kanchenjunga from the room itself.. 🏔️ ▪️HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Garden
Truly enchanting journey to this place. Tea garden view in the valley is relaxing and rejuvenating. Your can enjoy hot cup of lemon or chamomile tea in tea shop while viewing the vast valley below. Take a walk in the tea garden and click pictures..❤️
Mountain
The sunrise view that one can experience from here is beyond description. It can only be experienced & be mesmerized. The enchanting view of Kanchenjunga. A truely magical moment. Definitely must visit!!!
